Reflecting back on where we were a year ago, I re-listened to this episode with Mary-Frances Winters of the Winters Group about inclusive conversations, Black fatigue, and ways to really engage in the work of allyship.

2020 was a chaotic year. 2021 brings hope but also uncertainty.

We are eager to heal the wounds our country has endured. Yet, we must face the truth with courage and humility if we are to reconcile the past and move forward united.  Mary-Frances’ approach and the practical tools she provides to engage in honest dialogues are the best I’ve seen.
