Strategic Planning and Metrics

MSM Global offers strategic planning and consultation to our clients to support them wherever they are in their culture change journey. This may take the form of facilitating visioning and goal setting with leaders and board members, building out strategic goals with key performance indicators to measure progress, helping set up and support DEIB Councils, and providing expert guidance on communications strategies and crisis  response.

An Iterative Approach to Designing Culture Change

Facilitation & Strategic Consulting Services

We work with leaders to design systemic culture change initiatives that go beyond one-off “fix-it” solutions. We support collective visioning to design a future culture that truly represents the needs of all members, and then help organizations assess the current state of the culture to identify gaps between where we are and where we want to be.

From there, we can guide the organization in the development and implementation of strategic goals to make progress toward that vision, with clear metrics to evaluate progress along the way.

DEIB Council and ERG Support

MSM Global can help organizations stand up DEIB Councils and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and support their ongoing development and operations.

We facilitate membership and leadership recruitment and onboarding, training programs, ongoing meetings, content creation, and reporting to ensure that Councils and ERGs have a strong sense of purpose and direction, maintain clear communication and alignment with organizational leadership, and sustain momentum over the long term.

The Result

Following the retreat, team members reported a renewed sense of purpose and unity, and were glad to have the opportunity to engage in honest dialogue with one another. The leadership team took several immediate steps to begin making progress toward the center’s strategic goals.

PRAISE FOR DIALOGUE FACILITATION SERVICES

“Maria Morukian designed and facilitated an offsite retreat for our office that produced some real, tangible progress and clarity in defining who we are and what we agree on as our most important lines of effort. Her careful needs assessment and patient, encouraging facilitation got us through some difficult points of disagreement, varying aspirations, and hidden, unspoken obstacles to reach an accord and clarity of purpose and vision that we are all proud of and have fully bought into. Her rich background and experience and her impressive interpersonal style engendered immediate trust in even the most hardened and critical thinkers in the group. She doesn't attempt to dazzle or blow smoke; instead, she listens carefully and guides effectively, becoming transparent by the end of the process.”
