MSM Global is committed to helping your organization build internal capacity for a sustainable approach to EDI. This means equipping internal trainers and facilitators to deliver EDI training for your organization. We provide training workshops, evaluate the readiness of new trainers, provide coaching, and co-facilitate initial trainings to ensure new trainers are fully prepared to facilitate EDI trainings in their organization.


Executive Coaching
MSM Global’s certified professional coaches provide organizational leaders with a customized and individualized approach to exploring their unique needs in relation to diversity, equity and inclusion. Executives and senior leader are the “face” of EDI efforts and the tone they set and behaviors they engage in will make a significant difference in the organization. Coaching provides safe and confidential space for leaders to explore their own biases and to discuss difficult diversity related topics with a coach who will remain neutral but also challenge assumptions and offer honest feedback.

The Company
The Challenge
The firm has global offices around the world in different time zones, and due to Covid-19 everyone is working remotely. This was the first time the company had brought people together to engage in any training around issues of EDI and team building.
The Solution
MSM Global Consulting partnered with the firm to host a series of workshops focusing on building strong, inclusive, and resilient teams. We conducted separate sessions for managers and employees to ensure candid conversations and to customize each training for the targeted needs of that audience. We conducted two sets of sessions, one early morning and one late afternoon, to accommodate global time zones.
The Result
Participants expressed high levels of satisfaction in the evaluations, and many shared that they would immediately begin applying the new skills they learned in the sessions to enhance their day-to-day interactions will colleagues and direct reports.
